All orders are handcrafted and are processed and dispatched within 2-3 days. Cash on delivery orders are not dispatched unless a confirmation is given by the customer to avoid RTO .

Transit time

Prepaid orders usually take 6-8 days to reach destination after dispatch.

Partially paid / Cash on Delivery usually orders take 10-12 days to reach destination after dispatch.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

You receive a damaged product
A product is missing from your order

To be eligible for a refund:

You must provide an unedited opening video clearly showing the sealed package being opened for the first time.
The issue (damage or missing item) must be clearly visible in the video.
You must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the delivery.

Note: Requests sent after 24 hours of delivery or without the required video proof will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of mind or personal dislike of color/design
Wrong size or fit
Damage caused after delivery
Custom or personalized orders
Orders reported after the 1-day window
