At Everbellé, every piece is handcrafted with care and thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. However, if your order arrives with an issue, please read the following policy carefully:
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product
- A product is missing from your order
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must provide an unedited opening video clearly showing the sealed package being opened for the first time.
- The issue (damage or missing item) must be clearly visible in the video.
- You must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the delivery.
Note: Requests sent after 24 hours of delivery or without the required video proof will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal dislike of color/design
- Wrong size or fit
- Damage caused after delivery
- Custom or personalized orders
- Orders reported after the 1-day window
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at everbelle.studio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and the opening video
- Briefly describe the issue
Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment within 7 business days.
