Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and are processed and dispatched within 2-3 days. Cash on delivery orders are not dispatched unless a confirmation is given by the customer to avoid RTO .

 

Transit time

Prepaid orders usually take 6-8 days to reach destination after dispatch.

Partially paid / Cash on Delivery usually orders take 10-12 days to reach destination after dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

At Everbellé, every piece is handcrafted with care and thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. However, if your order arrives with an issue, please read the following policy carefully:

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • A product is missing from your order

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must provide an unedited opening video clearly showing the sealed package being opened for the first time.
  • The issue (damage or missing item) must be clearly visible in the video.
  • You must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the delivery.

Note: Requests sent after 24 hours of delivery or without the required video proof will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike of color/design
  • Wrong size or fit
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Orders reported after the 1-day window

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and the opening video
  3. Briefly describe the issue
